Memory Cloth — I Love You

"I love you, I’m sorry, I forgive you, Thank you" is a Hawaiian family healing mantra. It’s helped me as my Mother’s health declined. I would repeat it silently for her,
sitting with her as she slept and when I woke up in the middle of the night.

The last time that I saw her she said to me out loud, “I love you, I forgive you, thank you, I’m sorry.”
