Memory Cloth — Forgiveness Heals

I went to a talk by UW Professor Robert Enright on forgiveness.

He has been studying the effects of it for 24 years. He has shown that cardiac patients improve heart efficiency with forgiveness. Incest survivors who are clinically depressed stop being depressed with forgiveness.

It was amazing and wonderful to learn.
