Memory Cloth — John's Apple - Jean's Apple
As a child my Mom picked two apples.
One perfect, one bruised.
Grandma took Mom’s apples and gave the good one to her brother and the bad one to Mom.
Mom’s solution to the problem was clear. When she found good apples, she kept them for herself.
But she kept the pattern for her children. My brother got the good ones, I got the leftovers.
