For this of you still looking to order How I Became a Ghost, or those who want to pass the info along to a school, library or bookstore, Jeanne Devlin from RoadRunner Press was kind enough to provide the following info.

Sometimes ordering books from a small press can be a pain. We've tried to make it as easy as possible... We are available the following ways:
  1) Public libraries and other libraries can order us through Baker & Taylor, Brodart or Follett, though we are also available through Emery-Pratt and some other small wholesalers.
  2) Bookstores can order direct from us -- 50 percent discount, free shipping on 6+ books. Our books ship in 24 hours (except on weekends) from our Michigan warehouse; they ship a regular FedEx or UPS ground. They can e-mail orders_at_theroadrunnerpress.com or call 405-524-6205.
  3) Bookstores and Libraries can also order from Ingram. We work with them through their Small Press Division, so it can be complicated as, because of that, they ALWAYS show our books on back order. Accounts have to actually place an order and then they order the book from us, and, again, it ships in 24 hours from us to them--Ingram receives in 2-3days. I do not know how long it take Ingram to then get it to accounts.
  4) University bookstores can order us through Follett's university program OR Ingram's UPPER.
  5) Schools are something we are focusing on this year, so we are working at establishing relationships with Mackin and Titlewave, but they are not yet in place.
As for availability, the good news is we just got the second printing of How I Became A Ghost in at the end of last month. So copies are available to go right out.
