  Dear Rocco:
Well, the rule of 3 leads this week. Incredible!
RIP #3 - My goodness - another brilliant poet, MAXINE KUMIN had died at the age of 88. In addition to her adult work, winner of the Pulitzer Prize for UP COUNTRY in 1973, Maxine penned some witty-wonderful books of poetry for children, including NO ONE WRITES A LETTER TO A SNAIL (Putman, 1962) and a more recent, MITES TO MASTODONS (Houghton, 2006).
