Great discussion on documentation. It seems that a fairly simple, if imperfect, solution would be to include a url linking to the publisher's and/or author's website and to house the citations there. Is this already commonly done? Would it meet the needs of librarians? The biggest drawback I can see is that some books may outlast their associated web pages. -- Author of *Ashfall*, forthcoming from Tanglewood Press in October 2011.
