Many thanks for your kind words about *Ballet for Martha*, Michael. It's a book that I'm very proud to have been associated with and I'm delighted it's earned a place in this discussion. I do want to point out that it was written by Jan Greenberg AND Sandra Jordan, who has the misfortune to follow Jan alphabetically and occasionally gets left off of citations. The two authors have just launched a handsome new website: jangreenbergandsandrajordan.com
And now I'll go back to enjoying this lively discourse.
