If I am out of line here, I hope someone will tell me so, but it seems to me that this post (Just under a week...etc) is more like a come-on advertisement than the kind of announcements that are appropriate for the first days of the month on the CCBC list. I don't mean to be an old curmudgeon--I like Riordan's books, and I'll probably like and read this one, but somehow it rubbed me wrong to read this post on this site. "Just saying."
