Peter Sis Distance Education Opportunity in July

The University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Education is offering a unique opportunity for K-8 teachers and librarians in Wisconsin to discuss selected picture books by Peter Sis with their colleagues, face to face, and then with the author/artist himself via two-way interactive video. This one?y course will take place at eight sites throughout the state on Wednesday July 18, 8:30-2:30 pm.
Full details, including a complete schedule, book discussion list, and a list of sites, will be available on the CCBC web page on May 15.
For now we ask those of you interested in participating to mark your calendars and save the date: July 18.
