Good question. Take a look at ARCTIC EXPLORER, bio of Matthew Henson, by = me. It's done very well with boys (and girls). Or, speaking of the Rev. = War era, how about WHAT ARE YOU FIGURING NOW?, bio of Benjamin Banneker, = a hero of a different sort.
