You may be right, Megan. She's probably always been a kid who has had trouble expressing her feelings, but I do think she is still deep into grieving her father's death.
What did you all think about Alex's best friend, Becca, sleeping with her boyfriend on the day of Alex's father's funeral? I don't mean in a moral sense, I mean in a literary one. What do you think that revealed or showed?
