Hi All,
Did you shop till you drop on Black Friday? Eat till you felt like a stuffed turkey yourself? Pounded the keyboard for Cyber Monday?
Don't forget after all this self-indulgence (myself included) YALSA and the Financial Advancement Committee would like to invite you to join us today, December 3rd, Giving Tuesday, and give back!
YALSA is joining a call to action and celebrating a day dedicated to giving, when charities, families, businesses, community centers, students, retailers and more will all come together for Giving Tuesday (http://www.givingtuesday.org), a movement to encourage giving during the holiday season.
Our goal is to raise $2,000 so that we can send two members to Washington, DC to advocate for library services for teens during National Library Legislative Day.

In the spirit of Giving Tuesday YALSA is pleased to announce that from January 1, 2014, forward, all live webinars <http://www.ala.org/yalsa/onlinelearning/webinar> that were previously $39 each, will be free to YALSA members!
