Hello everyone,
The Sheboygan (WI) Children's Book Festival - a free, fun-filled celebration of books and reading - will take place October 11-13. The Festival is for children, teens, and book lovers of all ages!
This year's slate includes these outstanding authors and illustrators: Paul O. Zelinsky, Lois Ehlert, Eric Rohmann, Betsy Lewin, Amy Timberlake, Jennifer Rush, Bob Raczka, David McLimans, Daniel Kraus, Barney Saltzberg, Janet Halfmann, Faith Erin Hicks, Charlotte Gunnufson, and Stephanie Golightly Lowden.
Festival goers will enjoy author talks and readings, making art with illustrators, a panel talk featuring Caldecott recipients, bedtime stories and concert (children are encouraged to come in their pajamas!), a Halloween dance party, book sales and signings, and more.
Events take place in Sheboygan, WI at the Mead Public Library, the John Michael Kohler Arts Center, and Bookworm Gardens. The full schedule of events will be posted on our website very soon.
