Greetings all!

I am an independent scholar and freelance writer, with an MFA in art history and an MA from the Simmons College children's literature program. Having formerly written mostly about contemporary art, I have shifted gears to combine my interests by writing about film adaptations of children's books.

As part of an ongoing study exploring the process and results of such adaptations, I have compiled a brief survey for children, aged three to fifteen, asking about their film preferences and viewing habits. These surveys would be completely anonymous; the only personal information asked is the child's gender, age, and school grade. If you know of any child who might be interested in completing a survey on her or his favorite and least favorite movies and film-watching likes and dislikes, please contact me and I will forward a Word attachment containing this one-page (twelve-question) survey.
