Haiti: Methods of Organizing Books and Library Materials in An Orphanage.

Apologies for the cross-posting across multiple listservs!
I will be going to Haiti in July with a mission group, 1013 missions (http://sojourners-in-haiti.blogspot.com/), and have the wonderful opportunity to help them establish a small library in Haiti within an orphanage.
My question: Has anyone run across strategies or methods in arranging books that includes materials for teaching french and english? What would be the simplest and effective method in organizing these materials?
Any information with regard to Haiti and library organization would be wonderful.
