This "designer talk" did not occur in 2006 (2007 committee); some chairpeople may arrange for such a dialogue but I do not believe that is a "mandated" part of ALL committee's deliberations. However, photos and photo layouts surely are discussed if a book in consideration presents itself. How many "classic" artists do you know that have created their art with photographs?
Just saying. Sharron
