A favorite book that I'd read/sing to my son in the 1990s was "A You're Adorable," an alphabet picture book illustrated by Martha Alexander and inspired by the 1940's popular and catchy song of that title. If memory serves me, the book also had the music for the song at the back of the book.

As a baby boomer, I must have been exposed to that song frequently as a child, since its melody comes to mind so easily. I'm guessing some on this list are humming it right now!
