Dear Ruth, I just reread the Horace Pippin book and am not sure what your concern is. The websites at the end include links to information about the 369th infantry, which was an all-Black regiment. (The Harlem Hellfighters) I didn't review this one, but got to read the F&G and it is one of my favorites of the year so far. It seems amazingly complete, especially the back matter, which is amazing. Robin
