It's too bad there isn't one place to search to find library holdings for the entire country, but World Cat definitely isn't it (and I don't know of any source for such information, alas).
In Westchester County--a suburb of New York City--there are 21 print copies of RETURN TO SENDER among the 38 public libraries in the system and 5 audiobook copies. And two of the books are checked out, so someone is reading them. I don't think our holdings are reflected in World Cat.
I thought it was quite a good book, myself, and ripe for book discussions, which would encourage the purchase of multiple copies, no?
