I'd like to see Lerner's WE ARE STILL HERE series republished, and additional titles added to it, too. This is especially important, given the Common Core emphasis on nonfiction.
I'd also love to see a "Transformations" note in any book that undergoes revisions to make it more appropriate for current readers. Case in point is THEY WERE STRONG AND GOOD. A page in it that tells us who made changes and why they were made would be incredibly instructive to readers.
