Thanks to everyone who posted on Civic Engagement. It's now time to shift to our topic for the second part of October: Trends and Transformations.
**We've had a number of discussions over the years on CCBC-Net about trends in children's and young adult literature. Now we want to take a slightly different approach. Rather than an extended discussion of a specific trend (say, supernatural romance), we want to hear about (a) the trends you're tired of and/or (b) the things you are happy to see and (c) the things you /hope /to see happen in children's and young adult literature and publishing over the next few years.
