1. All-of-a-Kind Family series. My library's copies were so used and disgustingly filthy and falling apart that I finally had to discard them, and only the first book is available--and that in turtleback.
2. Aliki's Hush Little Baby.
3. Brian Wildsmith's books, now available as board books, back in hardcover. The illustrations are so much more gorgeous matte on a page.
...and one more in support of bringing back out of print poetry classics. And a personal favorite, The Changeover--I can never forget that surrealistic bit with the finger-like branches with eyes on the ends...
