I like Keiko Kasza's picture books, which always have s special punch to them. THE RAT AND THE TIGER, about finding a fair modus vivendi in a friendship; SILLY GOOSE'S BIG STORY, about showing off and dominating friends; and DOROTHY AND MIKEY, which I don't recall clearly but it's about friendship.
