A wonderful novel in verse published in 2011 is Eddie's War by Carol Sal ler. In the same post by Nina Lindsay that Megan quoted, Nina says (comp aring Eddie's War to Inside Out and Back Again)"On the other hand, I fou nd the craft in EDDIE’S WAR to be ample and evident. The line breaks have a rhythm that conveys the voice, and the sound of each word and lin e adds to the effect."
