My reactions to the awards are always selfish --- This year I was thrilled
that I already had all of them in the collection at my school. Thanks to g reat reviewers (especially CCBC) my students and staff have the BEST!
Personally -- I am really happy for Jack Gantos as he delights me with ever y book he writes! Kadir Nelson's Heart and Soul deserves every honor it ca n get!!!
