This new murder mystery is set in the heart of the Deaf Community. A Sign Language Interpreter whose Deaf Husband has recently passed away is witness to a murder while interpreting through the Video Relay System. The Interpreters Code of Ethics prevents her from discussin with ANYONE anything, even something illegal, that is witnessed during a call. The law protects the privacy of callers as well. As she finds herself the target of the killers will she break her silence to bring save herself and bring them to justice?

I admit, this book isn't as well written as I'd like, but the unique nature of this Deaf Mystery, set in the heart of the American Deaf World, Washington D.C. and the very real ethical dilemas she is faced with make it an intriguing read nonetheless.
