Jeff, I wonder about /Interrupting Chicken /as bad behavior since it shows the natural response to stories by a child who has discovered how stories work and how they can participate in the read aloud process and authoring their own variations. One story that I love for your theme is /17 Things I'm Not Allowed to Do Any More. /Jacquelin Smith Children's Literature Instructor University of Northern Iowa
