When I was in elementary school, I read many of the Encyclopedia Brown books. The young "detective" seemed smart and observant--characteristics I thought I might share with him.

How exciting for me as an adult, then, to have the author Donald J. Sobol talking about this series in the recently produced TeachingBooks Series Curriculum Resource Center!
