Thursday, February 17,The National Center for Children's Illustrated Literature in Abilene, Texas, will open its new Anita Lobel exhibition,"All the World's a Stage," with a free gallery talk (6:30 p.m.) by the artist. Books will be available for sale. On Friday, February 18, the NCCIL will host a dinner in honor of Ms. Lobel. Tickets, which must be reserved in advance, are $40 each.
