I should have been clearer. The independent bookstore link I sent doesn't mean that every independent has every book in stock--but they can get anything for you, usually very quickly (they'll have it shipped to you if you're not local), and a purchase from an independent helps keep them in business. It would be a dark and dreary world without the independents to add variety and sell books the big chains can't be bothered with!

Full disclosure: my son is a programmer for Amazon, and I'm grateful for the salary he makes, but I still like to shop independents.
