Me, too, me too! Being a reviewer gives me the opportunity to tuck a few extra good books in a backpack. I love being the total stranger book fairy to toddlers trapped miserably in strollers in line at the grocery store. I will never forget the look on a teenagers face on the subway when I saw her staring at the cover of Skin I'm In and knowing the one that I was reading was a dupe and yes, she could have this one to keep. Board books and folklore are always welcome at my favorite restaurant that welcomes families. My husband is used to the little boys down the block knocking on the door and asking, "Is Lisa home? We need something to read."
