Families by Susan Kuklin is more of an informational book but is intended f or ages 4-8 according the the jacket. It depicts all different kinds of fam ilies with ethnic, gender, and religious diversity in them. Each family get s two pages to tell a little about themselves. I could easily see reading s ome, or all of this book in a story hour along with picture books. And with actually photos of the people you can clearly see the diversity.
