It's good to know that folktales are back in style--thanks for comments, CCBC friends. The last I'd heard, publishers were no longer interested! Maybe this upturn will inspire me to breathe a little more life into my own, original, story that combines some of the favorite "Jeha" stories from Lebanon. If anyone has suggestions as to possibly interested publishers (I've made a note of August House), I would welcome them.
