Thanks for your comments, Carling. * SPOILER ALERT if you haven't read the novel yet. *

I'm very eager to hear what teens have to say about GOING BOVINE. I thought it was wild ride of a novel and completely original. I kept reading mostly because I wanted to see how Bray was going to end everything she had spinning. I very much enjoyed Cameron's emotional growth and was moved by the ending. It does seem somehow fitting -- and also very interesting -- that in this day and age, the journey and growth of the hero/main character is all "virtual."
