15 4th-8th grade members of the Northport-East Northport Public Library Newbery club met last week for their 5th annual Mock Election. It took 1 1/2 hours of discussion and three ballots to decide between those two titles-they eventually succeeded in choosing When You Reach me as the winner and gave Where the Mountain Meets the Moon. The Magician's Elepha nt by Kate DiCamillo was also given an honor.
