The Digest question

Hello, CCBC--
I'm unsure about signing up for the digest form, because I don't know how to select and print out an individual posting now and then, without having to print out the entire day's digest. Can someone enlighten me about that, please?
Also, I note that about half the CCBC list serve has been informed that they are currently registered as elsa.marston_at_gmail.com. I don't know how that happened--I had nothing to do with it. Please don't think ill of me.
