Aline's helpful commentary on Sept. 9 contained a reference to author Rachna Gilmore. I've followed Rachna Gilmore's books with great interest ever since reading her award-winning novel "A Group of One." Ms. Gilmore will be one of four speakers at the annual International Literature Conference at UW-Madison on Sat., Nov. 21. The other three conference speakers are James Rumford, Sylviane Diouf, and Kelly Herold. Here is an announcement about this always excellent conference at which there will be ample opportunity Q&A intervals and also for one-on-one conversations with the speakers. All are welcome to register for this conference, regardless of where you live. The registration fee includes a complimentary copy of a book by one of the speakers, lunch, and more.

Peace, Ginny Ginny Moore Kruse
