Hello Rhonda,
I just had the first session of a program I am running at my library. I am doing a writing workshop tied into the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series. I had fourth through sixth graders and the majority of them were boys. It was VERY successful. Boys LOVE Diary of a Wimpy Kid. It is a great opportunity to show the kids that the author of this series wrote these books based off experiences he had when he was their age.
Good luck, Kimberly Gotches (Bartlett Public Library, Bartlett, IL)
