The Blue Marble Bookstore in Ft. Thomas, KY held it's annual Mock Caldecott night, and the results were:
Winner: In a Blue Room by Jim Averbeck, Illustrated by Trisha Tusa
Honors: That Book Woman by Heather Henson, Illustrated by David Small Abe's Honest Words by Doreen Rappaport, Illustrated by Kadir Nelson Bees, Snails & Peacock Tails by Betsy Franco, Illustrated by Steve Jenkins
We all agreed, this year was a tough one.
