IN a few weeks, Multnomah County Library is hosting its annual storytelling festival Tapestry of Tales, featuring events for children, adults, and family audiences. Headliners this year include Syd Lieberman, Motoko, and Bill Harley. Events start Monday, Nov 10 and continue through the Tellabration finale on Saturday night, November 22.
