My daughter used to love the "Good Night Our World" Series of board books, written by independent book publisher Adam Gamble, from Our World of Books. Some of her favorites were: Good Night America, Good Night San Francisco and Good Night Hawaii.
Good Night World, a new title in the series, is coming up in October. A portion of the sale of all books is donated to help babies in need.
