  I have been enjoying lurking here for several months - I am a recent M.Ed. graduate from Penn State in Children's Literature and also review children's books. Just wanted to share a title that should be out shortly - The Brave Women and Children of the American Revolution by John Micklos, Jr. It's an enlightened presentation of the significant role women and children played during the Revolutionary War with interesting anecdotes, great illustrations and photographs - plus a nice prewar-postwar illustrated timeline. It's part of the Revolutionary War Library series published by Enslow Publishers for ages 8 to 12. Debi Lampert-Rudman
