I have a copy of "The Ageless Story" by Lauren Ford, a 1940 Caldecott Honor book, which was given to me that year. It's a beautiful and unusual book
(and rare, I think), and my copy is in poor condition. The ageless story is about the childhoods of Mary and Jesus, with Ford painting each scene in a New England setting. The pages glow. So-- is there any library or collection which would be interested in having this book and treating it well? I don't want any money (it's priceless to me) but I would like to find the book a good home.
If you have any suggestions or questions, please respond off-list. Thank you so much!
