Leonard, I've only now had a chance to take some time to read all the posts, that I've saving, of this wonderful discussion. Thank you for your insightful answers, and for writing "Minders". The fourteen years in the making has produced a work that is scholarly, heartfelt, and should be treasured.

I ordered my own copy of this wonderful history since the discussion began and have already received it and began reading it last night. I would heartily recommend this title for anyone's nightstand for fascinating reading and then bookshelf for frequent and valuable reference. Thank you, Mr. Marcus, for participating and for your inspiring insights.
