One even addressed my as Miss Hopkins after I've been publishing with a particular house for eons. Duh? Look at flap copy! Duh? Look at your own website.
  Even reviewers have to get with it. In one review of a book I did with Hilary Knight the review began with something like: Two distinguished women in the field combine their talents...
  It's a sad state. I can imagine Ursula going to a committee meeting! Heads would have rolled.
