You can now get your tickets for the must attend event this year at ALA Annual, the American Indian Library Association's Youth Literature Award Presentation. Monday June 30, 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Tickets $25.00

Award winners that will be attending include Montana's own Joseph Medicine Crow (Counting Coup: Becoming a Crow Chief on the Reservation and Beyond), and Sherman Alexie (The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian), Tim Tingle and Jeanne Rorex Bridge (Crossing Bok Chitto: A Choctaw Tale of Friendship & Freedom

The event includes refreshments and appetizers, keynote address by American Indian Storyteller Georgiana Sanchez and a traditional American Indian children's dance troupe.

Tickets can be ordered only by sending a check or money order made out to the American Indian Library Association to:
