(HarperCollins) available in paperback so it would 'reach many more young readers."
  But ... it is NOT up to artists or illustrators to dictate what goes into paperback. Don't blame me! This is the decision of the PUBLISHER. I have NOTHING to do with this decision in ANY way.
  Again, this should be the end of our poetry discussions as we move into picture books per se.
