Yeah, that could have been my story, except for certain details:
I was the 'new kid' who didn't fight back, so became an easy target. We didn't have cell phones or internet. The only thing that saved me was moving to another state. Kids would set me up, pretending for a time to be my friend before ambushing me.
Third through 6th grade, people!
Can y'all see why this topic gets MY blood boiling?
These bullies have had all the motivational and threatening messages. The visits from the cops. from the school officials. Yet they continue. they need to be arrested and charged with assault. NO prison time (that will reinforce their attitude), but rather community service.
And then they will come back and beat him up again for sending them to court.
What's the answer?
