I'd recommend Schooled by Gordon Korman, and for older teens Geography Club by Brett Hartinger. The latter I use with my college students when I talk about censorship in children's lit. However, I've never had a class where the conversation doesn't naturally turn to the kid they knew who was bullied (or they, themselves, were).
