(so: for the person asking about diversity...for those whose conferences still are not inclusive in content or presenters......it is: so simple: multicultural is inclusive is "white people also" is that wonderful recreation of the ideal of america (certainly n o t inspired by those who wrote a narrow and exclusionary and exclusive constitution) but by the vast numbers of
"parallel culture"(thanks virginia for this phrase) peoples who populate this countrycontradiction: a place where so-called (and just who are the "so's" who do all this calling) minorities are simultaneously majorities....is: the stillpromise and the stillhope.... so simple....
